Charles Reel

Charles W. Reel is the Treasurer and CFO of the Oklahoma Conference, where he has faithfully served for the past three years. His extensive financial and leadership experience spans over several key positions, including seven years as Treasurer for It Is Written (NAD Ministry), five years as Treasurer/CFO of the Guam-Micronesia Mission, and nearly four years in similar roles at both the Dakota Conference and the Lake Union’s HHES. Charles also held roles in marketing and finance at Pacific Press Publishing and the Oregon Adventist Book Center, further showcasing his diverse expertise in church-based financial management.

Charles also enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his wife Karla, his daughter Kasondra (a travel nurse), and his son Cameron (a media specialist) along with his daughter-in-law Jannai (a speech pathologist) and a lover of Thai food, ice cream, Snickers bars, and chocolate. In his free time, Charles loves traveling with his family, visiting the beach and mountains, and working on home projects.

The verse that defines his ministry is Jeremiah 29:11, as it reminds him to trust in God's plans over his own. He believes that through faith, God directs him to do his best in every role he is called to serve. His ultimate dream in his current position is to create an efficient, technology-driven office that not only supports the Oklahoma Conference but also fosters church growth and brings more people into a relationship with Jesus.
