After over 23 years of dedicated service in the Education Department of the Oklahoma Conference, Caroline Grove is stepping into a new season, leaving behind a legacy defined by her faith, compassion, and tireless commitment to ministry. Caroline’s role has reached far beyond education—she has been a steadfast support to a range of ministries, including Pathfinders, Youth, Summer Camp, Communication, Health Ministries, and the National Service Organization Ministries. Her dedication and adaptability have made a lasting impact across these departments, where she has been both a guiding light and a constant source of encouragement.
Caroline's journey before her ministry in education is just as inspiring. She spent 13 years working in the medical field, serving in roles ranging from phlebotomy and lab work to X-ray and as a pharmacy technician. This early career path helped shape her attention to detail and her dedication to caring for others—qualities that have undoubtedly enriched her service at the Oklahoma Conference.
Family, faith, and food form the heart of Caroline’s life outside of work. Her Italian heritage shines through in her love for gathering around the table with family, where she celebrates life’s moments with good food and cherished loved ones. A deeply rooted trust in God’s guidance—captured beautifully in her favorite Bible verse, Proverbs 3:5-6—guides her every step, reflecting her humility and unwavering faith in God’s plans.
