Ashley Alipoon
Communication Assistant
Ashley Alipoon serves as the Communication Assistant, bringing two years of experience to the role. Before this, she was a Social Media Director at Front Porch Creative, where she honed her expertise in digital marketing. Her diverse career background spans roles like Student Recruiter, Communication Chaplain, Task Force Girls Dean, and several student jobs, showing a dynamic, hands-on approach to work from an early age.
Ashley's love for food leans toward fresh, bold flavors, with favorites including bread, Italian, curries, and chocolate raspberry truffles. Her free time is filled with creativity and adventure, from longboarding and watercolor painting to waterfall hikes with her husband, Dominick. The family’s vacations always include waterfall stops, and they’re saving for a future Europe trip to explore national parks with breathtaking cascades.
One Bible verse she feels resonates with her work is John 15:16, which reminds her that her position is part of God’s calling and purpose. She finds it humbling and inspiring to know that her work produces fruit that matters to God.
Ashley's family life is filled with warmth and intentionality. With two young children, Amaya and Judah, and her husband, whom she met in boarding school, she describes her home as full of love and intentional Sabbath joy. They make Sabbath a special family day—crafts, outdoor fun, and no cleaning—to truly focus on each other and on God.
If she could achieve anything in her role, Ashley dreams of equipping every church with the tools and training for effective digital outreach. Her vision includes comprehensive branding, updated Google profiles, and streamlined church communications so members feel fully supported and connected. She aspires for churches to say, “Our communication team really supports the local churches. I love that I’m informed about conference events and ministries!”
Ashley’s dream school for her children would be a forest school that encourages learning from nature—a vision she hopes will be available in Adventist education someday, blending outdoor experiences with growth and adventure.
