Oklahoma Camp Meeting Child/Youth Registration

It is free to register your child, but you are welcome to make a donation to help cover the cost of supplies in the children's & youth areas. If you are not interested in donating, please put $0 in the dollar amount.

Families who gather get to experience fun bonding activities like horseback riding, tubing, and canoeing, and they also have ample opportunities daily to worship, pray, and learn about God!

All Young people under 18 need to be registered by a parent or guardian. Please fill out this form for each of your children.

Liability Waiver & Consent to Treat: 

All activities are performed at the risk of each individual. Any minor children needing supervision or assistance beyond the ability of the camp staff must be cared for by the guardian. Children are to be supervised at all times while on the campus of W.W.A.C.. In the event of an emergency,  I do, hereby, give consent for W.W.A.C. and/or the Oklahoma Conference of Seventh-day Adventists to seek medical attention on behalf of the individuals in my care. (Check AGREE in the Child Registration Form)

Photograph & Video Release: 

I hereby give Wewoka Woods and the Oklahoma Conference Staff & Volunteers permission for my child to be photographed or videotaped while at Oklahoma Camp Meeting. (Check AGREE in the Child Registration Form)

Agreement to follow WWAC Policies and Rules:
